Mr Lama has been with Shramik Remit since its inception in 2009, helping the company strategy and builds the company's portfolio. He is the veteran of a 15 years career that includes trainer, founder principal, NGO management consultant and CEO of national and international organizations and companies. He has earned a bachelor degree from Tribhuvan University of Nepal, and having several national and international training on management and remittance business from national and international organization and currently pursuing EMBA from TU Nepal. Few names of organization and company that he has showed outstanding contribution in senior positions are Family Health International-US, Shinnyo-en Japan, Shanti Shikshya Sadan School, Nepal Red Cross Society, Sarbagun Savings and Credit Co-operative Ltd, Property Plus P.Ltd., Step International P.Ltd., Gautam Buddha Money Transfer P.Ltd.

Mr. Shrama has more than 8 years experience as a senior position in NIDC Capital Market Company Ltd. and Advance Money Transfer Company Ltd. A master degree in management from TU Nepal he builds the outstanding career in finance, capital market business and money transfer business. Currently he has been involved as a MD in Cash Link P. Ltd. He has developed good operational skills and expertise in money-changing which useful in the remittance transfer business. |

He has worked in Qatar for 5 years as an administration officer thus; he has huge knowledge about the problems of Nepali workers in foreign land. He is a dedicated professional as well as a social activist who has contributed a lot in uniting NRN workers, for United Investment scheme. He holds a Bachelor's degree in English literature and worked as Journalist as well he is affiliated with many social organizations as like non-resident federation of indigenous nationalities, federation of Nepali Journalist Qatar and non-resident Tamang society. |
